1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded and Club Rules are Applicable.
2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment
3. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry
4. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
5. Parking near or at the venue premises is at risk to the vehicle owner. Organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
6. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Anybody caught in possession will be handed over to the authorities.
7. Rights of admission reserved.
8. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer
9. Gates open at 8:00 pm.
10. Artist performs 10:00 pm onwards.
11. The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
12. Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
13. No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
14. Very limited paid parking available. Please use public transport.
15. No bag packs, handbags, and other baggage allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage facility available at the event.
16. The event is subject to government permissions. In case the event is canceled, a full refund shall be issued to all patrons.
17. Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on the display of valid age proof.
18. Any disputes to be settled under Hyderabad jurisdiction courts only.
19. Organisers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; We encourage guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.
